Quick facts

Class size: Depending on your preference and our availability, 1 to 4 students.
Duration: 4 weekly sessions, for one student each 30 minutes and 45 minutes for more than one students (first class few minutes longer for introduction).
Frequency: From daily to once a week, depending on your preference and our availability
Age: all ages accepted but 5+ recommended.
Evaluation: after registration, the student or their parents are asked to fill out an evaluation questionnaire up to 48 hours before the start of the class to allow time for us to process it.

The level is adjusted based on the individual; we do not cover but discover with students a subset of concepts from the following list.

Terms of service

Glossary: We, Us, and Our refer to Safronica Ltd.
Service Provider: All services are rendered by Safronica Ltd.
Refund policy: All sales are final and no refund request can be processed.
Recordings: All classes are recorded for tracking the student's progress, quality assurance, and training purposes. The recordings are considered the property of Safronica Ltd.
Cancellation policy: The policy allows one courtesy cancellation at no charge. A 24hr notice for cancellations is recommended. Cancellations can be a result of technical difficulties on the customer side, personal emergencies, or a change of plan. A refund cannot be issued. However, the make up session for the cancelled class will be held at the exact same weekly time one week after the last class.
Cancellation by us: Safronica Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any or all the purchased sessions and at our discretion either provide a prorated refund with no interest or offer make up session(s) that suit both parties' schedule.
No submission of evaluation questionnaire: All evaluation questionnaires are required to be submitted by 48 hrs before the start of the first class. If a submission is not made by the start of the first class, the first class will be deemed cancelled by the customer and it will be spent on only the introduction and answering the questions within the questionnaire by the student.
Late submission of evaluation questionnaire: All evaluation questionnaires are required to be submitted by 48 hrs before the start of the first class. If a submission is made after the deadline but before the start of the class, the first class will be deemed cancelled by the customer and it will be spent on only the introduction.
Technical difficulties on our end: If we encounter technical difficulties that are not solved in a reasonable time frame (as determined by Safronica Ltd.), we will offer a make up session that suits both parties' schedule equal to the length of the lost minutes, or a partial refund; at our sole discretion.
Promotions (*): Promotions cannot be combined and they are subject to cancellation without any notice. The referral discount is a free session with a similar or lesser value than the sign up fee of the new student for their class.
